Streamable if your internet connection can support 320 kilobits per second (cable modem, DSL, satellite) -- just click on the link. Internet Explorer knows what to do with it, Netscape is not so comfortable with it. Otherwise, just click it with the opposite of normal button (usually the right button unless you've switched buttons), and choose "save target as" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Netscape) and save it to your hard disk. After it is downloaded, you can open Windows Media Player 7 and open the movie file, OR you can just double click on your downloaded movie file, OR you can drag the movie file on top of your Windows Media Player icon (the latter two operations presume you are using a Windows Explorer to find and open the file).
