| Ian Beaton sent a copy of "The Battle for the Aleutians, A
Graphic History, 1942-1943. You can view this document as either a
Microsoft PowerPoint presentation or as a PDF file. I've scanned and
converted the document into both a PowerPoint presentation and a PDF
file for those who cannot view the PowerPoint Presentation. If you would like to view the
PowerPoint version and don't have PowerPoint installed on your PC,
you can click

HERE to download a Macintosh PowerPoint viewer (I've not tried
this one, so don't know if it works). If not, the PDF version should work for you. Make your selection, then wait for
the presentation file to download and begin the show. The PowerPoint
version file is approximately 17MB in size, while the PDF version is
around 15MB. So, depending upon your connection speed, this may take
several minutes to download and start. These new versions were completed and uploaded on 3/20/2006, re-built to improve
graphics, maps, text, etc.
