1. Water was apparently abundantly available to the Agora, as this underground level view shows. Slide developed in December, 1961. 

2. There are several thoughts going around about what this structure was once used for. One thought is that it may have been part of an altar. Slide developed in December, 1961.

5. The remains of those from many civilizations can be found here...or at least their headstones. Not only will you find many Muslim headstones, but also those having the Star of David engraved on them as well. Numerous Jews fled to the Ottoman Empire, Smyrna in particular, from Spain during the 14th century to escape religious persecution. Slide developed in December, 1961.
